WHAT`S NEW
1. Optical Dispensing – Deregulation
The NSW Government has made public its intention to repeal the Optical Dispensers Act 1963 on 1 July 2010. Once the Act is repealed, persons undertaking optical dispensing in NSW will no longer need to be licensed.
